Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring that our office runs efficiently and that our team has the resources they need to succeed. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, provide essential administrative support, and play a key role in helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone inquiries.
  • Land share, access reviews
  • Procurement
  • Sharepoint and Land maintenance
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring availability and tracking inventory.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage data entry, filing, and records maintenance with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and managing catering requests as needed.
  • Support internal communications by assisting with company announcements, memos, and emails.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office management certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
