We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client in Sarnia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in administrative support and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
- Document Preparation and Record Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately maintain databases and records, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Office Organization and Supplies Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Customer Service and Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide a positive and professional customer service experience.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members and management with administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with record management systems and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
