Our client a leading Oil & Gas Operator are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fabric Maintenance Administrator to join the Integrity & Fabric Maintenance team based in Norwich.
The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement coordination, cost tracking, and administrative support.
This is a Monday to Friday role based in our Norwich office, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key operational team within the business.

Our client a leading Oil & Gas Operator are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fabric Maintenance Administrator to join the Integrity & Fabric Maintenance team based in Norwich.
The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement coordination, cost tracking, and administrative support.
This is a Monday to Friday role based in our Norwich office, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key operational team within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) and track/expedite P7E and materials,
- Liaise with contractors to request and track quotations
- Ensure suppliers provide services in line with contract terms or specific quotations.
- Distribute Work Packs to FM platform leads ahead of trips.
- Support Maximo and planning implementation for ad-hoc projects.
- Extract and update Work Packs using Maximo.
- Proficiency in SAP or a similar procurement software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in general administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work methodically and complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
