Qualifications – Diploma in Chemical engineering.
Experience: 3 years of experience in Utilities and Offsite Plant (Prefer experience from Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas industry)

Location: GCC Countries
Qualifications – Diploma in Chemical engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operates all ammonia area equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their healthiness through diagnosing any abnormalities and reporting them to the Panel Operators and the Shift Engineers.
- Communicates and inform control room (Panel Operators) immediately in case of any parameter abnormalities or process deviation.
- Identifies and reports any abnormality to the Shift engineer for correction in case of equipment/instrument malfunction.
- Operates and controls the plant manually in the case of instrumentation and controls system failure.
- Handles and controls the equipment and actuators in a safe manner. Isolates the equipment in case of emergencies safely.
- Cooperates with the maintenance department, lab and other departments for running the plant smoothly.
- Performs the collection of samples, greasing, lubricating, adjusting, changing filters and other duties in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Performs planned inspections and safety tours to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Reacts to plant process or safety emergencies promptly and carries out actions as laid down in the HSE procedures and SOPs.
- Ensures all jobs such as maintenance jobs are carried out in the plant in compliance with the policies and procedures and have obtained the needed work permits.
