Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Identify and engage potential clients, evaluate business opportunities, and develop pipelines through lead conversion.
- Collect and analyze market data, providing strategic insights to management.
- Drive business development initiatives in Vietnam and other ASEAN Mekong countries.
- Ensure adherence to business control processes.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Vietnamese citizen or hold permanent residency in Vietnam.
- 3-5 years of experience in the plastics or polymer industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with good GPA.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
- Additional language skills in Chinese, Cambodian, Laotian, Japanese, or Korean are advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of polymer applications and technical expertise.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills, with experience in event management.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Solid understanding of business administration to support transactions within Vietnam.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
