Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, evaluate business opportunities, and develop pipelines through lead conversion.
  • Collect and analyze market data, providing strategic insights to management.
  • Drive business development initiatives in Vietnam and other ASEAN Mekong countries.
  • Ensure adherence to business control processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Vietnamese citizen or hold permanent residency in Vietnam.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the plastics or polymer industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with good GPA. 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. 
  • Additional language skills in Chinese, Cambodian, Laotian, Japanese, or Korean are advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of polymer applications and technical expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills, with experience in event management.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of business administration to support transactions within Vietnam.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
