KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Cathodic Protection Philosophy, Cathodic Protection Specifications and Calculation Notes for onshore and offshore projects
- Develop Cathodic Protection General Layout and Detailed Layout
- Develop Cathodic Protection General Arrangement Drawings, Schematic Drawings, Cable lists
- Perform Material Take Off Activities of cathodic protection material
- Prepare Cathodic Protection Material Requisition, Review Vendors Offers and prepare Technical Bid Tabulations
- Manage Cathodic Protection Material Requisition and Review Vendor documents taking into account schedule constraints
- Manage interfaces with Engineering Disciplines, Procurement Team, Vendor Performance Management Team (Quality Control and Surveillance) to address Vendor Queries & Deviation requests
- Provide assistance to construction site in addressing queries or with short missions for supervision of cathodic protection material installation and for commissioning activities
- Participate in meetings with Clients and Partners
- Produce quality deliverables
- Report on activities performed on a weekly basis to the Materials & Welding Lead on the assigned Project
REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Msc Degree in Materials Engineering,
- 5 to 10 years experience minimum with good knowledge of engineering processes applicable to O&G contracts
- Preferably NACE Certified CP3
- Capable to use Autocad or Microstation
- Dynamic and responsive
- Work efficiently in a multi-cultural team environment
