Change & Communication Manager
Department: Information Technology
Location: Basrah/ virtual
Job Type: 8 hours per day (Work rotation is 5/2 (5 working clays, 2-day weekends) with onsite presence expected during the months of kick-off and project team integration. Thereafter, working location is flexible and negotiable.)

Principal Accountabilities:
- The Senior IT change manager ensure all change resulting from IT projects and initiatives meet their desired objectives by increasing employee adoption. He/she will prepare, support and equip people to adopt and use changes to IT systems and technology. The Senior IT change manager ensure all change resulting from IT projects and initiatives meet their desired objectives in organization by increasing employee adoption. He/she will prepare, support and equip people to adopt and use changes to IT systems and technology. The senior IT change manager ensure all change resulting from projects and initiatives meet their desired objectives in by increasing employee adoption. The senior change manager will develop and implement change management strategies and plans that anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes. From the IT angle, he/she will coordinate (and mitigate accordingly if required) the smooth transition of IT services to the end user, ensuring and supporting the use of IDT change management processes.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Change Management team and manage all IT project changes
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: communications plan, impact assessments plan and training plan etc.
- Coordinate efforts with project managers and integrate activities into the project plan Support, engage and manage senior leaders and stakeholders
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance through consultation and coaching of project teams, business focal points and the change champion team members Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Anticipate, track and report issues and proactively provide remediation where required
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Capabilities:
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with strong emphasis on articulating messages to various audiences on varying authority levels
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Looking forward with a holistic approach with keen attention to detail
- Highly organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Experience:
- Ideal candidates have a background in Strategy, Change or Business Transformation/Readiness roles with 5-7yrs demonstrated exposure/contribution to organizational change efforts
- Acute business acumen is an advantage with familiarity of project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases
- In-depth knowledge in IMIT technology, services and their application in a midstream company is preferred, to adequately apply change methodologies in embedding TIGRIS changes
