One of the leading Petroleum Co.
Role- Chief Architect
Must have expereince in oil and gas Industry
LEED Silver/Gold certification for the buildings.
Review architectural designs, drawings, and documents at each stage (pre-concept to detailed design) and provide comments/approval.
• Ensure that the designs are functional, ergonomic, sustainable, safe, and economical
Conduct a thorough review of the project architectural objectives to ensure that they align with the owner’s vision. These include plans, elevations, perspectives views of the building and surrounding infrastructure.
• Assist the project control team in updating the project plan to reflect progress, any changes, or adjustments.
• Review of cost estimate submitted for the construction phase of the project. Verify that the project schedule and budget are realistic and achievable for the architectural scope of works
