Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
