NES Fircroft is proud to partner with a large-scale mining company in Northern Territory. We are looking for a skilled Site Project Engineer to join their Capital Projects Civil team. You will work on a number of projects across the full civil function on site ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.

This is a 12-month initial contract with high possibility of extension on 4/3 FIFO from Cairns/Darwin or 8/6 from Brisbane.

About the role:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure project specs are met, assist with documentation, manage correspondence, and track budgets.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensure material availability, and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with clients and teams, prepare progress reports, and address concerns.
  • Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.

About you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering combined with 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
