In this role, you'll provide technical support, problem-solve within your area of expertise, and deliver exceptional service both remotely and on-site across various service categories, including installation, maintenance, consulting, and upgrades.

In this role, you'll provide technical support, problem-solve within your area of expertise, and deliver exceptional service both remotely and on-site across various service categories, including installation, maintenance, consulting, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support, problem-solving, and consulting for customers on all service solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective service applications, equipment, and methods.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, regularly identifying new service opportunities
- Manage and execute specialist projects, including planning, cost supervision, and project reviews.
- Work closely with Sales teams to support customer needs and grow business opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to operations, services, and quality.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience.
- Electrical License for Victoria
- Testing, commissioning, and design experience with Low and Medium Voltage Switchboards (IEC/AS/NZS standards), including various protection relays.
- Knowledge of CAD and EPLAN is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety, self-motivation, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
