Location: Oslo/Samnanger/Fitjar
Main Tasks:
- Create and structure the discipline-based MC Packages in a meaningful and flexible manner to facilitate progress MC punch-out (excluding piping scope – by Contractor/Supplier).
- Assure correct use of completion systems within a project, including CMS, query management, WO, WPR, SAS change log, LUN and ATS.
- Follow-up on all new tag numbers being imported into PIMS CMS to ensure that they are scoped to the relevant CP/MC Packages in a timely manner.
- Training of personnel in use of PIMS CMS™, internal, Contractor and Suppliers, also be a resource person for the use of PIMS CMS in the project.
- Verify progress and performance quality for all completion activities on- and offshore.
- Monitor Contractors’ definition of PO, MC and Preservation scope.
- In close cooperation with Contractor, ensure quality in installation, hand over and MC/Commissioning plans. If necessary, give instructions to Contractor concerning MC/Commissioning matters to keep up with sufficient quality.
- Identify technological challenges and ensure that they are addressed to the right level.
- Ensure coordination within the project completion team and experience transfer from/to other relevant projects.
- Close follow-up on all punch items together with Site Team to ensure that these are being actioned to the correct priorities in-line with the Commissioning Plan.
- Ensure that the correct suite of PIMS CMS management reports is issued at each respective site.
- Assist Construction with processing of MC documentation and issuing of Ready for Commissioning Certificates (RFCC).
- Identify project risks and participate in risk assessments.
- Identify improvements to completion systems and raise them to the Systems and Processes Manager.
- Participate in weekly meetings and workshops with basis and contribute to assigned tasks.
- Contribute towards Company policy to establish a consistent and compliant HSE culture with the primary HSE goal of “Zero harm to people and environment “.
- This position will require travel to both sites.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Extensive PIMS knowledge, both CMS and PES modules.
- Result and safety oriented.
- Experience from oil and gas projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Company governing documentation.
- Well-developed team building, co operational- and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high work load.
- Ability to drive activities to be complete on schedule.
- Establish good relations with Contractors.
