Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator with expertise in electrical construction and module fabrication to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities, focusing on electrical systems and module fabrication.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing technical challenges and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct inspections of electrical installations and fabricated modules to ensure adherence to design specifications and codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders during the construction phase.
• Review and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements, company standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction coordination, with a focus on electrical construction and module fabrication.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and standards, particularly in electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work culture.
