Responsibilities:
• Incorporating construction Lessons Learned, organize meetings with the discipline leads and present the lessons learnt from previous projects and personal experience highlighting construction issues faced and what was done to address them
• Maintaining the constructability register and associated annex documents
• Participate in construction related design discussions, providing the construction perspective input to schedules, design, equipment purchases, equipment delivery configuration and sequence.
• Review the project specific Construction Execution Plan together with Construction Managers and prepare the path of Construction (PoC)
• Constructability workshop Check list
• Discover opportunities for improving the construction approach that require changes in the design.
• Review of Vendor Documentation for construction scope
• Monitor clash check for module installation (SPMT, lifting, etc…) and site activity (ship loose items). The interdisciplinary engineering clash check is not part the constructability scope.
• Module installation and associated hook-ups
• Large and medium equipment installation. Not applicable for equipment included in module fabrication expect ship loose or Carry over works
• Support for Pre-Commissioning activity organization/preparation and handover with commissioning
• Coordinating SIMOPS with Subsea division for Pre-Commissioning activities and hook-ups
