Contract Lead
 
Contract period: 01.12.2024 - 30.12.2025
Location: Bergen, Stavanger

Main Tasks: 
  • Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant Category Strategy 
  • Prepare evaluation procedure 
  • Plan and conduct negotiations  
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives 
  • Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users) 
  • Safeguard correct use of the contract 
  • Collaboration with internal partner/customers
  • Collaboration with external suppliers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Initiate and implement improvements   

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
  • You are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, are engaged, curious and have a high level of professional as well as personal integrity 
  • You contribute to an attractive, inspiring, healthy and secure working environment, share experiences and help others to succeed 
  • You address safety performance, engage and collaborate with our suppliers to avoid major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and carbon footprint 
  • You have good communication skills, and capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
