About the role
As a Corporate Finance Manager within the Product and Design and Technology and Data functions, this role is pivotal in managing financial operations, driving digital transformation, boosting effectiveness, and supporting strategic objectives across the organization. Specifically, the position focuses on delivering financial insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance while providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

Some of what you will be doing
Financial Reporting and internal control:
- Prepare and present the monthly reporting to the Product and Design and Technology and Data leadership teams
- Prepare and participate in legal reviews with our Product and Design and Technology and Data units in India, USA, Denmark and Norway
- Cost follow up and internal controls

Strategic Financial Support:
- Advise and challenge Product and Design and Technology and Data teams to maximize value creation.
- Develop and present business cases for strategic initiatives
- Further develop the financial toolbox to support the wider Product and Design and Technology and Data organization to support next level leaders with data-driven decision making
- Manage financial workflows and operations for digital products.

Leadership and Engagement:
- Be a focal point of contact for the Finance resources in the Product and Design and Technology and Data organization
- Participate in leadership meetings with actionable financial insights.
- Contribute an integral role within the Corporate Finance Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Finance function.
- Contribute to the Corporate Finance Leadership team and the Finance function

Who we envision would fit the role
- Master’s degree within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience from Financial Analytics or Financial Control functions. Also experience towards industrial production is an advantage
- Proficiency in in financial reporting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with data analytics tools and financial modeling is an advantage.
- Comfortable and experience participating in leadership meetings and providing actionable financial insights.
- Motivation to explore and develop the job function regarding increased support/financial insight but also streamlining operations towards production.
