Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HSSE policies, procedures, and governance structures.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Standardize HSSE systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report on HSSE performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Manage HSSE platforms, including system administration and training.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and align HSSE goals across teams.
- Promote safety culture and oversee behavior-based safety programs.
- Participate in projects ensuring HSSE requirements are met.
- Master’s degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- You are a hands-on HSE manager who can transfer strategy's into concrete actions
- 10+ years in HSSE roles within Oil, Gas, or Chemical industries.
- Expertise in safety regulations, management systems (ISO, OSHAS), and audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in English; German/Spanish preferred.
- Based in Rotterdam with flexible working options.
- Occasional international travel
