Corporate HSE manager 
Overview:
A global storage company located in the Netherlands specializing in chemicals, gas, and energy seeks a Corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Manager. This role is vital in driving safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global HSSE policies, procedures, and governance structures.
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Standardize HSSE systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Report on HSSE performance and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Manage HSSE platforms, including system administration and training.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and align HSSE goals across teams.
  • Promote safety culture and oversee behavior-based safety programs.
  • Participate in projects ensuring HSSE requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • You are a hands-on HSE manager who can transfer strategy's into concrete actions 
  • 10+ years in HSSE roles within Oil, Gas, or Chemical industries.
  • Expertise in safety regulations, management systems (ISO, OSHAS), and audits.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in English; German/Spanish preferred.
