Contract period: 03.02.2025 - 31.01.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:

• Execute work in line with the project contracts such as conditions of contracts and appendixes for commercial and administrative requirements
• Monitor and control actual cost and revenues against budget and current estimates for all phases and levels in the project
• Identify and track performance indicators
• Establish reports, internal and external
• Establish cash flow calculations
• Timely and proactive invoicing according to the provisions of the contract
• Assist in Monthly project and portfolio reporting
• Register and follow-up project man hours
• Other Ad-hock administrative work in the project
• Support in further develop and optimise the existing reports, systems and routines for project controlling, and overall contribution to best practices deployment

Qualifications:

• Relevant formal higher education
• 1-3 years relevant experience 
• Have the ability to work independently (under supervision) and in a team
• Fluent language skills both in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
• Proactive with a commercial approach
• Focused on safety
• Solution oriented
