This role is key in maintaining smooth operations within the Customer Service department, focusing on the Benelux region for both B2C and B2B markets.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders and returns, coordinating logistics, and working with various internal teams to ensure timely product deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer service tasks, including order management, complaints, returns, and emergency shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery of dialysis products to patients at home or hospitals.
- Provide clear and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (Planning, Warehousing, Sales).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
- Manage credit & rebill processes, backorder releases, and special delivery requests.
- Provide information and support to patients and healthcare providers when needed.
What Weโre Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential.
- A strong customer focus with a problem-solving mindset.
