JOB TITLE Maintenance Methods Data Analyst SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION Reporting to Lead, Maintenance Methods (N+1) in Performance Control and Methods section ACCOUNTABILITIES To manage data and monitor data quality in CMIMS.To run and issue reports as per request to support performance analyses. To identify bottleneck areas in CMIMS and recommend solution to achieve objectives. To support development of best practice in work preparation and execution,To collaborate, communicate and support across the different elements of Maintenance and Inspection and Supply Chain, the preparation and execution of backlog work orders and the weekly reporting follow up. JOB DIMENSIONS To support activities related to maintenance methods activities (KPI, Process, Document, Master Data), To provide data analyses experience to Methods Team,To coordinate with all Maintenance and Inspection team for CMIMS data quality and data analyses. To provide focus on SAP data quality check and reporting. ACTIVITIES · Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promoting incident free values within the team andbeyond.· Provide support to execution team (BaseOps, CPN/SD &FM) in backlog management.· Update and development of Maintenance Processes· Suggest organization (BaseOps, campaign, shutdown...) or master data change (periodicity, preventive taskcontent...) to improve Maintenance backlog· Follow up with execution teams of BaseOps Opportunities Outage and ensure priorities are well addressed.· Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvement.· Analyze KPI issued from Maintenance Management System· Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimizedelivery.· Ensures that the Maintenance and Inspection team have full visibility of all available workload and executionachieved.· Ensures that the weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding KPI’s is updated and analyzed as required.· Support at the SECE dashboard follow up and reporting. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Position is in a OPCO (JV) operating oil & gas facility with offshore/onshore sites, based in Doha, Qatar QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED NOC-C-601(v.2) 113 [insert the reference number]
Controlled
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas industry with offshore Experience.
· Broad understanding of offshore Oil & Gas facilities Operations and Maintenance Management requirements
· Good knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP module PM & MM);
· Results driven approach and attitude.
· Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
