We are seeking a DevOps engineer for our client, a leading tier 1 mining company, focused on autonomous vehicle projects.
Their Infrastructure team manages the environments and infrastructure for development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer internal IT systems
- Maintain development and test environments
- Automate deployment and configuration activities
- Guide development teams on continuous build and integration pipelines
- Improve internal processes
- Provide cyber security functions
- Automate environment creation using Ansible and Terraform
- Integrate testing frameworks and tools
- Implement scalable and secure infrastructure
- Ensure responsive IT services and report costs
- Package software for automated deployment
- Create and maintain VM images and Docker containers
- Implement security initiatives and monitor services
- Provide L3 support to technology teams
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Understanding of software repository management and agile practices
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Competence with Linux CLI commands
- Excellent documentation skills
