Digital Project Manager 
 
Contract period: 07.04.2025 - 25.06.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:
  • Manage digital projects to ensure effective and high-quality execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow up on project deliveries concerning scope, progress, costs, and quality.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Define success metrics to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop solution concepts and business cases.
  • Translate business needs into IT technical requirements.
  • Analyse and select preferred solutions.
  • Understand the system cluster of IT systems and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Participate in establishing new IT contracts.
  • Provide input for budget processes regarding future enhancements.
  • Oversee the launch of solutions to maximise positive impact.
  • Help business organisation in clarifying business IT demands and ensure they are efficiently met by the IT delivery organisation
  • Align business demands with Company's digital strategy.
  • Evaluate solutions, analyse strategies, and define requirements.
  • Deliver and implement solutions into the ecosystem.
  • Build domain/system road-maps with the customer.

Qualifications:
  • Higher education within IT or Business. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and – communication
  • Knowledge and practical experience on Lean and digitalization of business is an advantage
  • Team/Managing experience from companies with high complexity and highly skilled co-workers.
  • Senior work experience within relevant areas is preferred: Operation of fields, Maintenance, Engineering, Reservoir Utilisation/Production Optimisation, Energy Management, or Exploration processes.
  • Ability to engage the business and coordinate activities in matrix teams 
  • Challenges status quo and brings alternative solutions to improve business flexible with high work capacity
