MAIN FUNCTIONS: Assists in delivering items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock and arranging transportation. Anticipates delivery requirements. Places and expedites orders. Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading and reconciles quantities while noting any discrepancies. Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status as well as answers questions. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Prior shipping/receiving experience, warehouse or manufacturing experience, attention to detail.

Job Description: Assist in transportation planning, monitor driver activities and verify the accuracy of data within the scope of control. Be able to work any assigned shift and have excellent time management and communication skills. Transportation management and oilfield experience preferred.
Dispatcher will ensure the efficient and safe distribution of materials, supplies and equipment, production water, service work for company by leveraging strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with field/office personnel and vendors.

Daily tasks will include:
•            Clearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teams.
•            Using dedicated transportation management systems to assign, track, and record workflow…. Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, Excel spreadsheets
•            Identify vendor’s expectations and requirements to align goals in accordance with contract obligations.
•            Communicating and coordinating job orders from active field personnel via telephone,  e-mail, and/or work order software relating to the haul/disposing of industrial/environmental waste, production water, service work, etc.
•            Maintain contact with all operational field and management personnel and keep status of jobs updated respectively via voice and/or text (if necessary/urgent) and at end of day via emailed report.
•            Create and maintain current daily log of all work in progress
•            Problem solving of any issues, discrepancies in a timely manner as necessary to maximize production
•            Any other duties assigned.

•            Schedule & Location: Work schedule of 7 & 7, 12 HR shift deploying from Spring, TX location; One hitch - days, next hitch – overnight.

Candidate must be willing to work all holidays, weekends and nights.
