We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with a strong background in inspection and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring electrical and instrumentation systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

In this role the candidate will act as owner’s representative and check the executing contractors on performance and quality level.

Key Responsibilities:
•            Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
•            Support and coach contractor in troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues and recommend corrective actions.
•            Evaluated inspection reports and documentation.
•            Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures.
•            Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
•            Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve installation.
•            Stay updated with industry developments, codes, and best practices (e.g. ATEX, EN, AREI).

Level of education & Experience in general:
•            Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
•            Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering with a focus on inspection.
•            Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation codes, standards, and regulations.
•            Certification in electrical or instrumentation inspection (preferred but not mandatory).
•            Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•            Strong communication and reporting abilities.
•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
