NES Fircroft has partnered with Fortescue's Hydrogen Facility in Gladstone who are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join their cutting-edge team as Process Plant Operators / E&I Technicians. Operate and maintain hydrogen gas process plants, execute maintenance tasks, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hydrogen gas plants via SCADA, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
- Perform maintenance, fault finding, and calibration on electrical/instrumentation systems.
- Support plant upgrades, hazard inspections, and construction projects.
- 5+ years in hazardous process environments (oil & gas, power, etc.).
- QLD Electrical Licence, Cert III/IV in Process Ops, Instrumentation, or EEHA.
- SCADA/PLC experience, strong E&I skills, and understanding of compliance standards.
- Proactive, safety-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Flexible and innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- 6 Month contract
- Rotating roster
- $700 - $900 / day + super
- Potential for extension or transition to permanent
