Electrical - Senior Engineer 
 
Contract period: 31.01.2025 - 31.12.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:

• Produce new documentation and drawings such as Heat Trace layouts, Light and small power layouts, etc.
• Revise existing documentation and drawings. 
• Produce work package for installation.
• Produce calculations, short circuit, heat trace and lighting.
• Order electrical materials needed for installation.
• Estimation of SOW.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology degree with related Trade Certificates.
• 5 to 7 years work experience, within offshore-related projects on The Norwegian Continental shelf.
• Must be able to understand P & IDs and drawings from different disciplines. 
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as PTIL, ATEX, IEC61892 and Norsok.
• Knowledge of modifications on onshore installations when in operation.
• Experienced in several process & utility systems, incl. Main Power, Emergency Power and UPS supported systems..
• Knowledge of instrument and electrical equipment used in the oil industry.
• Knowledge of the difference of using hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems as the power source in the safety system..
• Experience with engineering systems like Febdok, Pims, ProArc, STID, ProCoSys, Heat Trace calculation, Tag-systems and Microstation, is preferred.
• Fluent in the Norwegian language.
• EX and FSE certificates.
