Electrical Engineer High Voltage 
 
Contract period: 04.11.2024 - 30.11.2027
Location: Asker

Main Tasks: 

- Design and specify electrical systems solutions and strategies for projects in study, FEED and detail phases. 
- In this role you will collaborate closely with project and company representatives across disciplines. 
- Main electrification scope includes land cables, subsea cables, HV-equipment in onshore -and offshore substations, as well as power other offshore platforms and grid connection.
- Responsible for the Main Power Supply Package Specification, detailing the technical and functional requirements for high & low voltage suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Manage the Electrical System Infrastructure (ESI) package from development to execution, including detailed engineering, fabrication, logistics, installation, contract management, and hand-over to operation.
- Develop and assist in design of electrical philosophies, strategies, topologies, single line diagrams, load list, system description, PMS/PDCS systems and electrical system solutions.
- Follow up electrical system calculations, analyses and assessments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- FSE course, Ex course
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering from Norwegian continental shelf projects.   
- Solid understanding of electrical system analysis and transmission systems.
- Experience from Offshore electrification projects. 
- Proven track record in conceptual and detailed engineering for large-scale projects.
- Experience and deep knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, DNV and IEC.
- Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English - Both orally and in writing. 
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- A natural team player, but possess the ability to work independently. 
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements. 
- Proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experiences with others
