Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing? 
  • Responsible for quality and punctuality for own deliveries, based on plans, procedures and routines established in the project. 
  • Contribute to update Architect discipline procedures. 
  • Follow up on the delivery quality from predecessors. 
  • Prepare and ensure right quality on job packages and that they are according to project requirements. Design verification in the 3D-model. 
  • Ensure that the building method is implemented in the Architect Fab. 
  • Engineering. Divide up job packages to ensure Construction Friendly execution in the production. 
  • Verify engineering and vendor-documentation and inform supplier if any discrepancies or missing documentation. 
  • Continually strive for good HSSE / Quality performance throughout the work. 
  • Seek for continual improvement of work processes and products within own responsibility area. 
  • Follow up and ensure that all changes are implemented in the work packages. 
  • Implement Lessons Learned from earlier projects and establish experience transfer. 
  • Contribute to interface up against relevant disciplines, planning department, suppliers, subcontractors, and production. 

Qualifications we think you should have:
  • Do you have Master, Bachelors, or technical education?
  • Theoretical knowledge and understanding of architect insulation, ceiling, walls and doors, rised access floor, etc. work and requirements. 
  • Knowledge to applicable project documents, standards and specifications. 
  • Good collaboration skills. 
  • Independent. 
  • Strong work ethics and proactive attitude. 
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of how to use MIPS, CCS, 3D model.
  • Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
