Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: London or Paris – Missions will be required for the project.

I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to be based in either London or Paris working on an exciting new project for a market leading Oil & Gas operator. The role is offering a 12-month renewable contract, competitive day rates & also working scheme conditions for those which are eligible for them. There will be frequent missions to the project when required.
Activities:
The service holder must possess solid expertise in engineering of Onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF), and identify, control and manage all engineering risks associated to it. The Service holder shall perform all duties in line with Company procedures.

The service holder must possess solid expertise in engineering of Onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF), and identify, control and manage all engineering risks associated to it. The Service holder shall perform all duties in line with Company procedures.
The Service holder shall:
- Lead the engineering design and specifications of the CPF package for the FEED studies including LLi definition and EPC CFT.
- To carry out or participate in the Value Engineering necessary to optimize the technical engineering file, make it coherent before entering the FEED or EPC phases.
- To ensure adequate inputs for the LLi definitions and associated CFT.
- To ensure FEED deliverables are of high quality for EPC CFT.
- To promote proven engineering solutions to ensure the safety, operation and maintenance of installations; support innovative solutions when they lead to CAPEX and/or OPEX optimizations.
- To properly report to FEED manager the progress of the FEED contractor, any technical issue or blocking points in a timely manner
Qualification:
- Qualification: Project Management
- Languages: English - Azerbaijani language skills will assist performance
- Professional Experience: More than 15 years
