Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant
Location: Waterloo, London
Pay: £ negotiable – outside IR35
Duration: Ongoing. Minimum 6 months

Main Duties:
Supporting multiple leaders with their travel, expenses, calendar management, and general administrative tasks.
  • Helping with tasks such as scheduling, emailing, answering calls, organising documents, maintaining records, taking notes and other administrative tasks
  • Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and external partners
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing statistical, financial or administrative reports that the executive may require
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the executive and preparing minutes

Qualifications/Experience:
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Approachable, organised and friendly demeaner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
