Opening for Frac Equipment Operator
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior operators in frac-specific tasks, including handling proppants, chemicals, blenders, and QA/QC processes.
• Learn and perform basic operations, such as pre- and post-job equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and support equipment operation (e.g., proppant handling systems, fluid tanks, and manifold equipment).
• Support the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
• Assist in cleaning, repairing, and preparing equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures and regulations while actively promoting awareness and compliance.
• Participate in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 10-12 months of on-the-job experience or previous experience as an Operator Assistant is preferred.
• Basic reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate competency through training and skill development for current and future roles.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including equipment operation, setup, and support activities.
