Opening for Frac Field Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute necessary calculations for fluid management at the well site as required.
• Guide operators during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and preparation activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with services delivered and address any on-site concerns.
• Manage and monitor the chemical inventory effectively at the wellsite.
• Collect and distribute job-related data and ensure operations align with fluid design parameters and job plans.
• Oversee the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Actively lead pre- and post-job safety meetings to promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility.
• Foster continuous improvement by engaging in quality enhancement processes.
• Participate in physical activities, including handling equipment, assisting in rig-up/down processes, and other operational tasks requiring manual effort.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Exceptional expertise in the service line with a broad understanding of related service functions.
• Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and industry guidelines.
• Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, cost containment, and profitability through correctly executed tasks.
• Experience in developing team competencies and improving job performance.
• At least two years of relevant work experience and completion of required competency milestones.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
