1. Sales Strategy Development

- Primarily focuses on managing sales activities for thermal power plants in Philippines.
- Support Philippines in sales and marketing, particularly in areas of business development and stakeholder management.
- Establish a network of stakeholders (particularly government and authorities) and deepen such relationships and strengthen the company's influence in the region, thereby to originate new opportunities and grow sales via existing customers.
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Establish short to mid-term Sales strategy
- Support upper management for organization's forecasting and business analysis activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust, targeted deal pipeline to continuously growth business and generate sales.
- Facilitate the preparation of sales forecast reports, monthly sales result reports, and other statistics.
- Drive sales activities and provide industry leading aftersales support.
- Responsible for project execution and maintaining good client relationships.
- Manage PO, invoicing and coordinating with other sales related activities.
- Identify key stakeholders, establish network; focus on forming strong relationships with government agencies / authorities etc.
- Connect stakeholders with AP management and HQ as appropriate
- Maintain good relationships, receive regular feedback of the company's products and services and communicate with AP Sales and HQ for regular follow up on addressing issues of concerns.
- Uncover potential business opportunities.
- Pre-sales, manage and grow the potential opportunity to a viable case
- Maintain knowledge of day-to-day market developments, competitors and accurately assess the opportunities provided.
- Support Sales team’s requests for research of customers, competitors and policies as and when required
Education and Relevant Experience Requirement:
- Engineering graduate
- Strong experience in Sales (selling), Commercial, Business Development and/or Strategic Alliances in power sector in the Philippines.
- Must have pre-existing knowledge and experience dealing with government sector of the power and energy industry landscape in Philippines.
- The candidate shall have a keen eye for discovering people of influence. The candidate shall also regularly and in timely provide market intelligence through engagements with stakeholders.
- Excellent market expansion abilities and a patient, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Sales driven and experienced closing deals.
