1. Company Overview
Company is a leading company in the offshore windfarm survey. We provide comprehensive geotechnical and geophysical engineering solutions, and site investigation for offshore wind farms, serving clients around the globe. We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Windfarm Geotechnical General Manager to strengthen our geotechnical capabilities in offshore windfarm survey projects.

2. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, analyze, and manage geotechnical aspects of offshore wind farm projects
  • Conduct ground investigation, data analysis, and risk assessment from project initiation to completion
  • Oversee on-site geotechnical investigations and review analysis results for technical accuracy
  • Manage and develop the skills of the geotechnical team
  • Collaborate with clients, providing project updates and final reports
  • Prepare business plans and manage project budgets

3. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in offshore wind projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in marine site investigation, geotechnical interpretation, and risk assessment
  • Strong technical report writing skills and effective communication with clients
  • Proven leadership skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in Geotechnical Engineering (e.g., Professional Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer)
  • Proficiency in English (required for communication with international clients)
  • Experience in renewable energy projects, particularly in offshore wind
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
