Global Workday Business Analyst – 4 months – Bracknell/Remote

There will be times when you are required to be on site in Bracknell

£53.50/hr via umbrella company – 36-hour week

Global Workday Business Analyst to work on a Workday Pay Data Expansion Project, my client is seeking a skilled Workday Business Analyst to join their team for a project focused on expanding the usage of allowances and one-time payments in Workday. This role will play a key part in enhancing our HR processes, improving user experience, and increasing standardization across our global operations.

Global Workday Business Analyst key responsibilities:

Data Gathering and Consolidation:
Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization Create comprehensive documentation of current state processes Collect and analyse data on transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates Create baseline reports to support future benefit realization assessments

Process Design Support:
Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process Contribute to the creation of process flows, user stories, and functional requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes meet business needs and Workday capabilities

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities Create test templates for various scenarios and user groups Coordinate and facilitate testing activities across different teams and regions Document and track issues, ensuring proper resolution and retesting

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps Support Project Manager producing regular status reports and updates Develop user guides and training materials for new processes and functionalities

Benefit Realization Support:
Support design, implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics. Prepare benefit realization reports comparing baseline metrics to post-implementation results

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
