Head of Brownfield Construction COMP 3

• To safely and efficiently lead construction activities executed by the EPC Contractor related to Hook-up and Brownfield activities for NFPS COMP 3 Project.
• The Head of Brownfield construction position requires solid technical and organizational experience, effective communication skills, and ability to solve problem and to propose mitigations measures. He must be able to manage the respective priorities, Drivers, challenges and site constraints in close collaboration with the HUC / Brownfield Division manager and other stakeholders while maintaining focus on safety, quality and planning. THe should ensure readiness of the Contractor, supporting and fulfilling the requirements of Company shutdown preparedness gate process."
• Engineer or technician with more than 15 years experience in O&G facility construction, project or operations with at least 10 years at Construction / Installation / project management level, having overall responsibility for EPC contract executions
• Technical background with Minimum of 15 years experience in Construction and Project of O&G - Experience in brownfield and / or Shutdown activities under
• SIMOPS Conditions - Experience developing work methods and form several alternative methods in accordance to established Company policies, directives from Management, schedules and professional engineering standards. - Experience providing recommendations on tenders, engineering designs and general controls of contractors.- Strong technical and problem solving skills.-Strong organisational, coordination, planning and interface skills.-  Good proactivity, negotiating and influencing skills - Knowledgeable in HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes and applications. - Good knowledge of international Codes / Standards
