Job Title: HQ Renewables Onshore Contract & Claim Management Multi-projects
Service Location : Paris

Estimated Service Duration : 12 months renewable
In the REN organization, a central HQ team deals with Contract and Claim Management Assistance to Renewables Onshore Projects. This team executes Contract & Claim Management services to assist project activities in smaller geographies (Growing countries) and support other geographies (Affiliates) for the execution of their projects. The team will be composed of 2 people including the person in assistance. In parallel to the day to day contract management activity, Year 2025 will be impacted by the development of Contract&Claim management awareness culture.

In the REN organization, a central HQ team deals with Contract and Claim Management Assistance to Renewables Onshore Projects. Contract Analysis
- Identify contractual obligations of both parties EPC Contractor/Key suppliers contracts.
- Identify risks & Opportunities within the EPC Contractor/Key suppliers contracts.
- Make sure that Project team members are aware about the above by preparing and delivering Project contract awareness sessions.
- Participate to establish project contract & claim management plan.
- Ensure the EPC Contractor/Key suppliers provide all required contract inputs/materials within designated time frames.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment in all phases of the contract process.
- Manage correspondence to and from EPC Contractor/Key suppliers by monitoring a tracking file.
- Document periodic meetings/discussions for External and internal meetings.
- Create and/or receive change requests, ensure the review and approval process as defined in the contracts.
- Identify contractor performance and/or delivery issues and issue on-time notifications.
- Coordinate necessary follow-up for corrective actions with Engineering, HSE, Qualilty etc.
- Manage suspension & termination based on contractual procedures.
- Accomplish required changes & claims reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage all phases of claim management related to EPC Contractor/Key suppliers contracts.
- Proactively manage claims to recover costs and/or collection of liquidated damages/penalties, bank bonds in case of contractual default.
- Suggest mitigation or capitalization strategies with the contractor during project execution.
- Implement mitigation plans during the execution phase, commissioning, and close out.
- Support or participate in the negotiation of variation orders and Contract amendment/ Settlement based on project management strategy with EPC Contractor/Key suppliers.
- Ensure a proper REX (Return of Experience) is done to improve the contract management practices in the REN organization.
Requirements:
- Management interface
- Contract management during project execution phase
- English and/or French, Spanish is a plus
- International experience in Energy sector
- Knowledge of EPC contract and FIDIC Contract
- Renewable industry expertise would be a plus
