NES Fircroft are working alongside a Mining Operator seeking a HR Administrator to join their team.
This is a fly in fly out position, 4 days on, 3 days off.
Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Flying from Perth to the Pilbara region.
Roster: 4/3 FIFO
Start date: ASAP (Before Christmas)
Length of Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer support and guidance on HR policies, contractor inquiries, including policy and procedure interpretation.
- Assist the HR team and stakeholders with Success Factors and other client specific Systems.
- Provide technical input to key stakeholders on internal HR systems.
- Analyze data and generate both regular and ad hoc reports.
- Contribute to the Company projects, culture, initiatives, and programs.
- Identify and suggest improvements for the companies current HR processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Experience in HR or recruitment administration with strong data analytics and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Success Factors and SAP.
- Proven ability to thrive in diverse environments and build strong, collaborative relationships.
