NES Fircroft are partnering with a highly successful Australian fabrication business who are looking for a HR Generalist to join the Perth based senior leadership team
 
 
The Role:
 
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible the full HR function
Working from their beautiful head office in Bibra Lake, this part-time role offers 25 -30 flexible hours per week, tailored to fit your needs.
 
 
 
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 
 
As an important member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:
  • Leading all HR functions: from recruitment and onboarding to training, policy development, employee retention, and performance management. 
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance.
  • Offering HR generalist support and overseeing employee relations and workplace health and safety.
  • Organising events, fostering team activities, and enhancing our corporate culture.
  • Administrative tasks, including assisting the engineering team with client pre qualification and project compliance documentation.
  • Manage workers compensation and Injury Management documentation.
  • Provide direction and guidance
 
 
The Requirements:
 
  • Proven HR experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • QHSE knowledge and experience.
