Our Client Woodside are currently seeking a HR Business Partner in Perth for a 12 month contract.
Woodside are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in our Perth offices.
The role joins our centralised HR Business Partner team, who will support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration
• Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance
• Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
• Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews
• Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation
• Leadership development and succession planning
The successful candidate will be able to display:
• Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree (mandatory)
• Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficial
• Experience within both Corporate and Operational environments would be highly regarded (but not essential)
• This role will be required to operate fairly independently so we are seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build high-trust relationships
• Flexibility - a portfolio is not set, so the person could support anything from operating sites to corporate functions.
