QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•    Qualification: Engineer or equivalent
•    Languages: English mandatory
•     Professional Experience: 10-15 years Managerial experience in the ICSS field for the Oil & Gas Industry
•     Experience in similar position: 5-10 years

Compliance and Conduct:

•    Demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulations.
•    Implement HSE rules and requirements within your area of responsibility.
•    Comply with HSSE training requirements for the position.
•    Verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites, ensuring safe working practices are used by Contractors at all project phases.

 Team Management: Define, implement, and manage the ICSS team organization. Coordinate all activities of the ICSS team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
 Engineering Studies: Identify and manage all necessary ICSS engineering studies performed by client or third parties, ensuring they meet project objectives related to H3SE, schedule, cost, and quality.
Technical Documentation: Define, develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the ICSS package.
Contract Management: Apply the defined Contractual Strategy and prepare and establish all contracts related to the ICSS package. Manage the contracting process in accordance with company rules and project procedures up to Contract Award for contracts developed after FID.
Contractor Performance: Manage and control Contractors’ performance in all areas, including H3SE, QA, technical requirements, costs, and planning. Ensure proper administration of contracts and participate as the Company Representative in meetings with Contractors.
Equipment Handover: Deliver and handover equipment to Operation Teams with the required quality, safety level, and fitness for purpose.
Budget Management: Prepare, issue, and closely manage successive ICSS Budgets to comply with the approved COMEX budget.
Reporting: Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Project Management on progress and concerns.
Interface Management: Ensure that interfaces with all other concerned packages (Drilling, CSP & Topsides, and Field Operation) are handled correctly.
Stakeholder Relations: Assist Project Management with relations with Partners and authorities regarding ICSS matters. Prepare and participate in Workshops/Committee meetings with Partners and authorities as required.
Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all documentation produced, regardless of its format.
Lessons Learned: Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to other entities as required.
ICSS System Development: Manage all phases of the ICSS System development, ensuring it meets project specifications and H3SE standards.
Interface Management: Oversee the management of interfaces with other project packages, such as Topsides and CSP platforms.
Maximize Project Value: Contribute to maximizing the project's NPV by enhancing quality and productivity and reducing investments through optimal technical definitions and installations.
Field Operation Readiness: Ensure the ICSS System is fit for purpose, operable, maintainable, and reliable for field operations within the agreed budget and schedule.
Risk Management: Regularly update the Risk Register and implement mitigation actions.
Nigerian Content Plan: Implement the Nigerian Content Plan as approved by authorities and motivate Contractors to recruit and train Nigerian nationals.
Reporting and Communication: Report to Project Management and handle communication with partners and authorities regarding ICSS System matters.
