Key Accountabilities
• Provides instrumentation and controls engineering support to all phases of project design, execution, installation, commissioning and operation.
• Maintains and applies company instrumentation design criteria and specifications as well as industry recognized standards.
• Reviews Engineering drawings and instructions to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Develops and executes test plans for instrumentation installation, document calibrations, system configurations, and data acquisition equipment.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses instrumentation related issues including electrical, mechanical, and computer controlled systems.
• Assists in factory acceptance testing and field inspections.
• Supports supply chain in instrumentation systems and equipment procurement activities.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
• Requires a strong understanding of discipline.
• Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.
• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
• Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
