Job Opportunity: International Project Engineer After Sales
About the Company: This organisation is a leader in offshore technology, specialising in Single Point Mooring (SPM) systems and Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units. With decades of expertise, they focus on designing, developing, leasing, and operating tanker-based production and storage systems.


About the Role As an After Sales Engineer, you’ll provide technical assistance, support, and spare parts for offshore installations, ensuring exceptional service to clients. You will oversee projects from the initial proposal phase to final payment and build your skills in both technical and commercial aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and identifying future opportunities
  • Respond to client requests, including supplying spare parts, providing technical advice, and conducting inspection visits.
  • Manage diverse projects, ranging from supplying small components to overseeing major equipment overhauls.
  • Maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site visits to offshore installations globally, approximately four times a year, with trips lasting up to two weeks.
  • Resolve project challenges creatively, balancing quality and costs.
  • Share knowledge about existing systems and collaborate with relevant teams.
What You’ll Need:
  • A higher degree (MBO 4) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry or international environments like shipping, shipyards, or construction is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including to offshore installations.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset to support clients effectively.
  • A practical and detail-oriented approach to work, whether solving on-site challenges or researching solutions in the office.
