Job Title: IT Business Development and Sales Manager
Location: Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to boost IT sales in public and private sectors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Represent Al Balagh in high-level meetings with stakeholders, including government agencies and large enterprises.
  • Lead IT sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, aligning their efforts with business goals.
Key Achievements for Success:
  • Proven success in securing large-scale IT and cybersecurity projects.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships with technology providers and government bodies.
  • Consistently exceeded sales targets in high-pressure environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business development and sales within Qatar or the MENA region.
  • Track record of securing contracts with both public and private sector organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in sales, project management, or IT services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar’s IT market, including cybersecurity, ERP, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
