About the role:
- Maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce IT procedures.
- Manage end-user technology and network applications.
- Ensure IT security and compliance.
- Provide network support and user training.
- Plan and manage IT projects and budgets.
- Handle vendor relationships and documentation.
- Develop cyber security measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 3-5 years of IT and supervisory experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE).
- Experience in global business IT operations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Problem-solving and initiative.
- Planning, organising, and self-management.
- Continuous learning and technology proficiency.
