- Deliver services to multiple projects, supporting Service Design and IT Operational Readiness for new or changed services.
- Complete required artifacts and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth transition to Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align ITSM/ITIL practices with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance in governance forums for service design and transition.
- Support Service Design & Operational Readiness activities, ensuring timely artifact delivery.
- Adhere to IT Change Management policies.
- Offer best practice guidance in Technical Design Authority sessions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project transition to Operations.
- Facilitate collaboration between program/project teams and operations.
- Ensure IT Operational Readiness and Support activities meet standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in capturing/modeling services in ServiceNow aligned with CSDM.
