Junior Warehouse Coordinator 

Location: Great Yarmouth (with travel to Catfield, Bacton, Norwich)

Hours: Monday – Friday

This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in warehouse operations as a Junior Warehouse Coordinator working for a leading Oil & Gas Operator.

Based primarily in Great Yarmouth, you will play a key role in supporting the materials team and ensuring smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.

This position requires occasional travel to our clients sites, so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect received goods to ensure they match purchase orders in terms of quantity, weight, and condition.
  • Verify packaging requirements and confirm compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork are included where required.
  • Prepare and pack Cargo Carrying Units (CCUs) in line with company standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading HGVs using a forklift (training provided if required).
  • Conduct final quality assurance checks before shipping materials.
  • Process transport requests for materials to be moved across the business.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard environment.
  • Use SAP to manage materials and participate in the annual stock check process.
  • Support the Warehouse Coordinator and carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Materials Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail with good planning, organizational, and numerical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A full, clean driving licence (essential for site travel).
  • Forklift experience is desirable but not required – training will be provided.
