For our Client, global automotive company, we currently looking for 
Process Quality Manager

Scope of duties:
  • Managing work of Quality Engineers and Technicians.
  • Develop and coordinate work of quality technicians (Ensure performing audits on time and good level)
  • Coach & train direct reports
  • Meet ISO/TS & customer specifc requirements
  • Cost optimization in the supervised area
  • Keep high level of the 5S in technicians area
  • Manage to perform analysis on time (production problems)
  • Support manufacturing are with analysis of rejected parts from process
  • Have responsibility for correcting nonconforming product or processes (including stopping production if necessary) and for informing senior management promptly of such actions.
  • Apply and follow compliance with QMS procedures
  • Participate in PFD; PFMEA & PCP development.
  • Monitor top FTQ & scrap items and set up action plans for reduction.
  • Contribute to quality problem solving process and monitor corrective actions both on internal and customer identified issues.
  • Participate in PPAP preparation; Run @ Rates and communication to customer on quality related issues.
  • Improve quality level of purchased productive parts to meet corporate goal.
  • Participate in change management process and MCIP.
  • Verifies / audits the process to identify and eliminate possible risks and nonconformities;
  • Aims to implement corrective actions in the process
  • Informs the quality manager of any deviation from the QMS requirements.

We expect:
  • Technical education (Production/Quality/Mechanic Construction Management)
  • Experience working in the Manufacturing organization (Automotive industry would be welcome)
  • Experience in Leader/Supervisor position - required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills
