Land Scout
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identify and evaluate new land areas for large-scale solar parks (including battery energy storage systems)
• Secure land through the negotiation and signing of proper contracts,
• Handle dialogue with landowners and neighboring properties and municipalities,
• Analysis of the local market in terms of new investments,
• Obtaining all documents needed for screening the land and signing the agreement (maps, excerpts, etc.),
• Managing all issues related to land and all issues which will take place locally
• Create new business opportunities,
• Represent the company with local public or private players, state services and communities in order to make
known and accepted projects and the company,
• Build strong relations to local stakeholders and be the contact point throughout the development of the solar
park project,
• Close cooperation with rest of the project development team and departments, especially with Business
Developers,
• Assisting the permit process,
• Be part of the public debate on solar energy,
So, who are we looking for?
We find it important that you possess the following competencies:
• Several years of experience in securing the land for renewable energy projects in Poland,
• Knowledge of all development process regarding Solar Projects will be a plus (Master Plan / Construction
Conditions / Environmental Decision),
• Ability to identify proper areas for Solar Parks taking into consideration all conditions: Local attitude,
Landowners, Environmental, Technical, Connection, etc. with technical and legal support specialist teams,
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,
• Results-oriented, proactive approach, and sales-oriented profile with high sense of ethics,
• Good organisation of working time,
• Knowledge of MS Office (excel, word),
• Self-confident person with various innovative ideas,
• Motivated by challenges and achieving results,
