Lead BESS Consultant | Poland, Remote

For our client, an international RES Technical Consulting Group, we are currently seeking for a well experienced BESS expert to lead on all BESS-related projects and later on create and manage whole BESS department. This position is a great opportunity to engage in creation of new business line, to utilize own competencies on international utility-scale BESS projects.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with all relevant internal stakeholders, especially company’ Clients, internal departments and external subcontractors
• Being leader for all BESS projects in Poland and supporting company’s projects in Germany and UK
• Consultancy for company’s clients, especially on due diligences, project engineering, regulations, procurement and any other relevant BESS-related fields
• Taking part in contract negotiations
• Representing company in front of Clients and on conferences, fairs

Ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within BESS technology
• Experience within project development and project engineering on utility-scale BESS projects will be an asset
• Experience within project development and project engineering on RES projects will be an asset
• Proactive attitude
• Knowledge of regulatory framework for BESS projects in Poland
• International experience will be an asset
• Fully communicative English language
• Higher Education, at best in field of engineering
